How it works

Confidential audit against 400+ digital banking standards, detailed scorecard and list of strengths and weaknesses.

Financial institutions complete a short digital banking questionnaire.

Digital banking areas are reviewed and scored against our proprietary customer experience framework which includes over 400+ digital contact points and common user task for customer experience effectiveness. Strengths and weaknesses are identified to help understand experience gaps and missing features

Financial institutions receiving a score of 80% or more are recognized as BUX Certified and may license the BUX Seal of Excellence in Digital Banking for 1 year; those scoring below 80% receive one additional re-scoring opportunity after deficiencies are addressed.
